What is IEH Intuitive Energy Healing®?

IEH is:

A metaphysical course for personal healing, spiritual growth, and a unique system for healing others.

IEH is a Training based on Love, Divine Guidance, and the Universal Principles of Energy.

The IEH Trainings are simple but powerful teachings given to us just in time to assist us in the growth and changes we are experiencing as our global consciousness rises. It is both a Spiritual Path and a Healing System. It is a co-creative process with you and your Divine Source working together to create positive change for yourself and for the world.

The foundation of the IEH information comes from Catherine Morris's education at Psychic Horizons, San Francisco, in the late 1980s. The rest of the information came to her through her Higher Self over a period of 17 years, from 1989 to 2006. She believes St. Germain and other Beings of Light contributed to the information she received.

The IEH teachings are facilitated in the higher realms by St. Germain and by a group of Ascended Masters and Angels who we call the “IEH Team.” In the first meditation of workshop, your IEH Certified Master Teacher establishes a connection between you and the IEH Team. This is done as your teacher sets a specific energy frequency in the room and then activates your Center of Knowing. The IEH Team continues to work with you during every workshop.

Spiritual Path

IEH is a Path for spiritual growth. With the support of the IEH energy and the IEH Team, and with your daily practice of the IEH lessons, you will experience your consciousness expanding and your vibrational frequency rising. You will discover your own powerful, clear, understanding of your oneness with your Creator/Source. And you will enjoy a new expanded sense of the Universe and your place within it.

This spiritual growth means you will also reconnect with your Authentic Self, who you are meant to be, and learn how to move through your daily life, using your full potential and natural abilities. The value of IEH is not only in the techniques to be learned, but it is also in the time spent in the workshops, in your meditations at home, and in your daily activities, as the IEH Team gives you loving energy to support you in your spiritual growth and personal transformation.

Healing System

As a healing system, IEH supports and enhances all healing modalities. Indeed, you will find parts of IEH in most other healing systems. This system is unique, however, because it includes the use of three specific frequencies of the Universal Life Force Energy, connection to one’s personal Healing Masters, and the support of St. Germain and the complete IEH Team. While IEH is primarily a system for personal healing, you may eventually choose to use it for healing friends and loved ones, and for giving healing sessions professionally. If you are already working as a healer, you will find IEH a powerful addition to your work.

IEH healing works on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels, clearing energy patterns that are no longer useful, bringing in new information in the form of light, energy, and wisdom, and bringing a new balance to all your energy systems. The techniques are simple to learn, but do require a commitment to practice and a willingness to grow and change.
