How would you like to Heal yourself and your family?
Reiki can help you do this. So, what is Reiki? It is Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy. Through a Reiki initiation attunement you begin to run this beautiful abundant energy freely through your body. As you do this you bring your energy system into balance. A simple way to think of it is:
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing which improves health and quality of life.
It is simple to learn and can never harm. The ability to use Reiki is not taught in the usual sense. This ability is transferred from a Reiki Master to you. You begin to feel more confident as you experience giving and receiving a Healing treatment. After leaving class, I am still available for any questions that may come up and I offer a Healers Support group 1st Monday of the month for continued growth.
